The Swiss Diamond Griddle is an extra thick oversized commercial cast aluminum which conducts heat fast and evenly. The 17"x 11.4" size fits over two burners and as all of Swiss Diamond's cookware, works on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stove tops. The griddle is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods.

Swiss Diamond's diamond based non-stick surface is revolutionizing the cookware industry. Whereas other non-stick coatings are applied with rollers or sprayers, Swiss Diamonds patented process adheres the coating at the nano-level; which means, quite simply, it won't flake. The coating contains over 200,000 Diamond Crystals per pan, which are not only the hardest naturally occurring substance, but also the best conductor of heat.
